Napa Acoustic stands behind all the products we sell.

We will exchange or service your purchase under the terms below.

Napa Acoustic Product Warranty
All Napa Acoustic models are warranted for ONE YEAR from the date of purchase with the following exceptions: BOW3, BOW-A2, BOW-A3 Loudspeakers are warranted for 5 YEARS.  

Please inspect all products upon receipt.

A copy of your purchase documents will be needed for
exchange or service.

Defective Product
The original purchaser may return any product found defective within 14 days of receipt for an exchange. Napa Acoustic will replace the defective unit with the same model and ship the new unit at our expense. Please see the procedure for all returns below.

Product For Service Under Warranty
Any product can be returned for warranty service at any time within the specified warranty period for that model. Napa Acoustic will repair and return the unit within 4 weeks at no cost to the original purchaser. Please see the return procedure below.

Out-of-Warranty Service
Any Napa Acoustic product, outside the warranty period, may be sent to us for service at the purchasers request. Napa Acoustic will provide the cost of such repairs by quotation that will include the estimated costs for labor, parts, shipping and handling. Shipping costs to and from our facility are the responsibility of the customer. Please see the return procedure below.

Return Procedures
All units purchased directly from Napa Acoustic on-line or at our showroom must be returned to us for exchange or service. If you purchased your unit from an Authorized Napa Acoustic Dealer you may either return the unit to that location for exchange or service or directly to us. To ensure that your return to us is processed accurately and promptly please contact

No product will be processed without an RMA.

We will need to know if the return is for exchange or service, in or out of warranty. We will need to see a copy of your proof of purchase with your unit. Napa acoustic will pay for shipping both ways for exchanges of NEW, defective units within the 14 day period. We will pay return shipping for warranty service.
